We, Paisão Comex with full corporate and legal responsibility, confirm that the seller are ready, willing and able to supply, CHICKEN FEET, according to the following terms and conditions from the provider.
1) Commodity: CHICKEN PAWS - GRADE A
2) Origin: Brazil
3) Packing: Cardboard Box 4 Poly bags of 5 kg each = 20kg per carton
4) Quality: standard Export (Inspection:S.G.S)
5) Specification:
a) Frozen chicken paws (grade A)
b) No Feather
c) No yellow outer skin
d) Clean and fresh
e) Length:12-15cm
f) No outer black nail
g) No any bad smell
h) No extravagated blood
i) The moisture content is less than 3%
j) Broken bones is less than 3%
k) Weight:30g-40 g minimum
l) Product picture
6) Minimum Order: (135 FCL) MT (05 *40 FCL/month x 27 tons).
7) Contract period: Twelve (12) months consecutive with possible roll-overs and extensions.
8) Price:(USD 1.500 / CIF) per Metric Ton.
9) Price Fixing Policy: Prices may be revised in the mutual agreement if happen the price change by + / - 10%.
10) Port of loading: Santos port, Brazil / Seller's Option.
11) Port of discharging: Hong Kong port
12) Inspection: Quality, quantity and weight by SGS certificate agencies or equivalent at Port of Loading.
13) Payment terms: L/C Irrevocable, revolving, transferable, 100 % at sight, issued or confirmed from for a Bank first-line
14) First Shipment: Within 30/40 days after receiving and acceptance of L/C.
15) Insurance: Certificate covering 110% of the total invoice value
Procedures (not negotiable):
1) Buyer sends ICPO + Soft Probe authorization + NCND
2) Seller sends FCO
3) Buyer signs and sends FCO back to seller with BCL
4) Seller sends the Contract
5) Buyer signs the contract and sends back to seller
6) Buyer sends POF via MT799
7) Seller sends POP bank to bank
8) Buyer issue the non-operative / non-transferable L/C
9) Seller issue the PB 2% to activate the L/C
10) Shipment starts from 30/45 days
* ALL DEALS MUST BE DONE BANK TO BANK, NO TTMVISITING FACTORIES.
* WE DO NOT WORK FROM THE BUYER'S PROCEDURES, THE BUYERS MUST BE AGREE AND FOLLOW THE SELLER'S PROCEDURES. THE SELLER WILL NO ALTER THEIR PROCEDURES.
