PRICE:USD 985,00 / MT, Cost, Insurance and Freight(CIF)
DELIVERY (CIF): CIF ASWP. (other destination- requires confirmation)
INSPECTION: By SGS at loading and unloading port. The inspection at unloading port shall be at Buyer´s cost, final and binding to the parties
PAYMENT TERMS: Irrevocable, Transferable, Confirmed DLC or ARDLC for 100% Payment at sight for total Quantity from Top Western Prime
PERFORMANCE BOND (PB): The Seller will post to Buyer a Performance Bond Guarantee for 2% of the value of each shipment, in form of an UNCONDITIONAL BANK GUARANTEE
DELIVERY PERIOD: First delivery within 30/45 DAYS after verification and acceptance of the ARDLC, and thereafter every 30 days until the total quantity has been delivered

PROCEDURES:
1. Buyer sends ICPO, BCL ,copy COLOR passport buyer ,NCND.
2. Seller sends FCO, Buyer issues signed & stamp FCO.
3. Seller sends draft contract, Buyer issues signed & stamp contract.
4. Seller return signed & seal contract.
5. Buyer, after the signing of the Final Agreement, has (5) banking days to issue bank to, BG OR SBLC bank by swift as outlined of the contract and have, them officially lodged in the seller´s bank for seller and bank approval.
6. Within - Five (5) banking days, the seller´s bank send to buyer´s bank by swift POP (proof of product) and 2% Performance Bond to activate non- operative ARDLC( Letter Of Credit) a non-operative, Of Credit or mt 103/23 for payment months.
7. The shipment will be effected within 20-45 days, after the operative Financial Instrument has
been issued.
