(i) Copy of statement of availability of the product,
(ii) Copy of the port storage agreement,
(iii) Copy of Tank Storage Receipts (TSR),
(iv) Copy of DIP Test Authorization (DTA),
(v) Copy of approval to export issued by the Ministry of Justice,
(vi) Copy of License of Export issued by the Ministry of Energy,
(vii) Copy of approval to export, issued by the department of the ministry of justice,
(viii) Copy of contract to transport the product to the port,
(ix) Copy of charter party agreement(s) to transport the product to discharge port,
(x) Bill of Lading,
(xi) Certificate of Origin,
(xii) Copy of Authority to re-sell the acquired product
